Not Marked. Bronze coloured steel stamped construction, with both pins, backing plate, and Army (Wehrmacht) or SS black material backing. Material has faded on front, and now looks very dark blue (but back is black). Crisp detail. See photos. Not obviously worn. Material is undamaged, apart from fading. Black material indicates wear on a special purpose uniform, used by armoured (panzer) personnel. Military Drivers Badge in Bronze was instituted on 23 October 1942. Made of brown leather, with steel fittings. Buckle was grey painted, but paint has chipped off in places. The double ended pins used to fasten the strap are nickel plated. Long strap end is unevenly cut. Leather is still sufficiently soft and pliable to use. Long strap is 54.5cm long (about 21.5 in), when fully extended. Short strap is 11.5cm long (about 4.5 in), when fully extended. I do not know if this set is original or not. It is in used condition.
